One of my fondest childhood memories is visiting my grandfather's - pedarjoon’s - house in northern Iran and watching him create. He is a true jack of all trades, excelling in painting, calligraphy, woodwork, architectural design and so much more. Despite working as a business manager, he always considered himself an artist at heart. He decided to go back to university at the age of 64 to receive his second degree in architecture. His architectural designs were so exceptional that he sold several plans to the city governor of Sari, Iran.

Pedarjoon always encouraged me to never let go of my creativity, no matter where life takes me. He stressed the importance and power of art to bring light into this world. At 74 years old, he still calls me on Whatsapp to share his latest designs and always asks about any new projects I'm working on. I used to tell him that I am prioritizing my education, but things will be different now.

During my most recent visit to Iran in the summer of 2021, my family and I attended my uncle's wedding in Shiraz. However, the trip turned out to be much more than just a family gathering; it was a major source of inspiration for me. I found beauty in everything around me, from the old sandy brick homes in the south to the lush greenery in the north. After posting a video of my trip titled THE ETERNAL LAND on my Instagram, it gained remarkable popularity and sparked a new wave of ideas for me.

ZENDEH is my creative outlet where I showcase my unique ideas and hand-painted products to the world. Each piece is crafted with precision, taking approximately 20 hours to complete. Through my work, I aim to offer a glimpse into my creative mind and I hope that you will enjoy it as much as I do.
